Meet Our Doctors
Dr. C. Paschal Brooks is a 1968 graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Brooks has completed over 5,200 hours of continuing education hours in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Brooks has done extensive research in temporomandibular joint disorders and has taught this subject to many students through Framework International, Inc. Dr. Brooks is board eligible as a practitioner in orthodontics. Dr. Brooks is a Fellow of International College of CranioMandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO).
Dr. Brooks serves his profession and his community by being an active member of the following: American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Southwest District Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Orthodontic Society and the International College of Cranio Mandibular Orthopedics.
Dr. Brooks has practiced dentistry in Blakely since 1968 and is still active in the practice of Brooks Dental Associates. Dr. Brooks’ goal is to educate and promote the oral health of his patients while giving the best quality care possible.
Outside of the dental profession, Dr. Brooks enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. He resides on the family farm in Arlington, Georgia, with his wife Dr. Kay N. Brooks. Together, they own and operate Quail Country Plantation, a hunting and lodging plantation.
Dr. Chase P. Brooks is a 2010 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Chase continues to enrich his education by attending seminars on the most advanced dentistry.
Prior to his dental education, Dr. Chase attended Darton College in Albany, Georgia, before transferring to the University of Georgia in Athens. Dr. Chase graduated Cum Laude and earned his B.S. in Biology.
Dr. Chase also serves his profession and his community by being an active member of the following: American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Further civic duties he has served on are the following: chair of the Blakely-Early County Chamber of Commerce, member of the Early County Hospital Authority, founding member of Impact Early and Habitat for Humanity Board Member. Dr. Chase is also an active member of Blakely First United Methodist Church.
Dr. Chase joined the Brooks Dental Associates practice with his father, Dr. Brooks in June 2010. Dr. Chase’s goal is to educate and promote the oral health of his patients while giving the best quality care possible. He is fortunate to be a partner with Dr. Brooks and their highly talented and qualified staff.
Outside of the dental profession, Dr. Chase enjoys outdoor activities such as softball, golf, hunting and fishing. Dr. Chase resides in Blakely, Georgia, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their children Massee Claire and Charlie.
